The European Games take place every two years, alternating with World Cup organised by the International Quidditch Association. The European Games are a competition between national teams, selected by each National Governing Body for the summer competition. 

 

The 2017 European Games were held in Oslo, Norway, where France placed first, the United Kingdom second, and Norway third. The 2015 European Games were in Sarteano, Italy, and saw the United Kingdom placing first, France second, and Norway third.

The next European Games will be held in 2021.
